playing videos on a curve
I go on my phone and realize I need a data plan to send MMs(pics and vids messages) so I call CS and do my lawyer act(I will soon be one so might as well practice) I tell him I was never told under contract that I will not be able to do what is stated I can do ect…. then I get transfered to a guy with a really calm voice wh says he could give me unltd data for free only on my line though. I was excited and said sure. Now my younger sister finds she has the same problem with her lg rumor so I was wondering if I could somehow get the data plan on the entire account and/or massive discounts. I am quite the talker and we have been customers for very very long(Premier customers are what they call us) so do you pros have any advice for me?
Sorry for the wall of text, hope I used right punctuation. lol
Or, is there another way to transfer my contacts than blue tooth? Neither Best Buy nor Sprint were able to transfer them in-store (Touch Pro too new?).
Thanks.

I am on a family power pack 1400 minutes with three lines total. The two lines have been with Sprint for 4 years in June of 09 and my line has been with Sprint for 2+ years. The only extras we have are unlimited texting on my line for 10.00 a month and we pay about 122.50 every month.
After seeing this do you think it would be possible for my line to have a free data plan for browsing the web/email/IM/etc. and possibly a reduced/free smartphone?
Thanks in advance for taking the time to look this over.
I assume you can only get these plan through retention:
Power Pack Family 1000 - $50
Power Pack Family 1400 - $???
Power Pack Family 2100 - $???
Power Pack Family ????? - $???
Currently on the Plan:
Free and Clear plan w/ 2 lines and 1 of them has 1000 free texts which costs a total of ~$60 a month.
How much would it cost to get the phone and fees and how much would it cost per month. And is there any way I can get free unlimited texts?
I haven’t called retentions yet, but wanted to ask the community what they thought. I currently have the 550 family pack plan, with no data, text, or any other features just voice. Could I get a deal on the 1500 family plan pack? I currently have a 23% work discount.
Thanks
I need two new phones. lines of service: xxx-xxx-xxxx and xxx-xxx-xxxx. I have had these and my current plan for over two years and I think I am a business Business Premier Member, too.
Would like a B.B. Curve for -xxxx and a Sanyo Kantana for the -xxxx number.
I need the 2000 anytime minutes, so I need to retain current plan and pricing. I am getting something like a 10 or 15 dollar per month discount, but I know that up to 20% is available for loyal Sprint customers.
I understand I will need the a 30 dollar BIS plan for the Curve, but don’t want to pay more than I currently do.
Been a LOYAL Sprint wireless customer since 1998 (I think I have the year right . . .)
What can you do for me to continue service with Sprint? Am very tempted by ATT with rollover minutes, which would allow me a new B.B. Bold (which Sprint doesn’t offer) with a lower plan price because I never lose unused minutes.
And how about the Pick 3 feature I know of others have?
I wish to retain my home-town wireless company, Sprint, but must explore all economic avenues at these trying times.
Please advise and THANKS in advance for you help!
I’ll respond here if when they do . . .
