This is very easy to do on a PC, but those same websites are not cell phone friendly.
Thanks!

Everything Messaging for 99.99$, with 3 Add-On Lines 30.00$, and Insurance for four phones-24.00$. Our Picture and Video Messaging doesn’t work, should I call and ask for a credit for that, since the next lower text messaging plan only has 700 minutes? Sort of like a price match? Im new to this, so anything you guys can come up with would be awesome.
Also, has anyone seen Family Plans being split up into Sero recently? I heard there was alot of trouble with it due to the new billing system.
Thank you for contacting Sprint regarding the free codes.
The codes you have mentioned in your e-mail are the codes for the Sprint Unlimited Vision pack or Sprint Unlimited Power Vision Pack free of charge. These are the free codes and we are no longer offering these free codes.
We do offer these packs for $15.00 per line. However, looking at your valuable association and loyalty, I am offering the Vision pack for $7.50 per line. If you wish to add this option on both lines, please reply to this e-mail and we will add this options on both lines.

this may not be super easy, but it is in the contract and should be grounds for getting out free.

I’m probably just going to either give the phone away as a late christmas gift to my dad who already has an everything plan. My problem though is whether I’ll receive the rebate or not? I paid $225 for the BB Curve up front. With a $100 rebate + $75 statement credit. Now I’m wondering whether I will actually get the rebate if the phone doesn’t remain active on my account.
Does anyone know how Sprint handles rebates? Do they care whether the phone remains active on the account or does the fact that I paid for it and will have the reciept to send away enough to get the rebate.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I want to get it for as cheap as possible. So I’m thinking to get it for as close to free as possible I’ll have to call retentions to get a discount on the phone, then further reduce the price further with a $70 loyalty discount.
My question is:
If I get the $70 credit first, will I ruin my leverage for a reduced price since I’ll be under another 2 year contract?
If I somehow get retentions to reduce the price, can I then call and ask for the $70 customer loyalty credit? Or will they refuse the credit since I’m under a 2 year contract?
Lastly, if I get the $70 credit, can Best Buy still process an upgrade for me since I should still be elligible for an upgrade? I found their prices to be a bit better.
I’d appreciate any other tips for getting the price reduced either by negotiating tactics or with other discounts.
Thanks in advance for anyone who looks at this. And especially to anyone who replies.
i was wondering what is the best discounts or credits you got on any of the everything plans (simply everything/everything data)
So i know what i should ask for..cuz when i did ask i was getting no where with retentions
As my Sprint contract recently expired, I called retentions this afternoon in hopes of picking up a Touch Pro and a new 2-year contract. The phone rep was very nice and was able to get me a reasonable price for the phone, but when it came time to talking about a new contract, she informed me, rather apologetically, that there was no discount they could give on the rack rate of $69.99 for the 450 "Everything Data" plan which I wanted. I politely mentioned that when I renewed my contract two years ago through retentions, they were able to apply what amounted to a $19 total discount off of my bill each month, but she said that the 15% service credit and EDVO service credit (which are how the two credits showed up on each month’s bill) are no longer available for them to offer. That said, and much to my disappointment, it doesn’t look like there’s any wiggle room whatsoever on my monthly bill if I decide to sign a new contract with Sprint.
I have no doubt that she was telling me the truth, as she was a very friendly rep. and seemed to do her best to get me the best deal, but has anyone else run into this? If what I was told is true, it’s really surprising that Sprint can no longer offer any phone plan discounts to their long-time customers.
I had really been considering an iPhone, even though I would have to go through the hassle of switching carriers and paying what seemed like an exorbitant monthly service fee. As such, I thought I’d first see what Sprint, my existing carrier, had to offer for a long-time customer in the way of a monthly service discount and a Touch Pro, which I would have considered as an acceptable alternative. It’s unfortunate that at this point, as much as I’d like to stay with Sprint, there’s really no incentive for me to stick with Sprint as opposed to going with an iPhone and switching over to AT&T.
