My husband and I have our own sprint accounts. We are now down to one income and need to figure out a way to keep our PCS to PCS, Web, Unlimited Texting and enough minutes for the two of us + our pre-teen to have without going over.

I have three lines on my phone. One I am using, one my pre-teen is using periodically ($7 a month), and the third line I am not paying anything for. My husband only has one phone line, but has a higher spending limit than I do.

I feel like I should understand this…:frustrate

The AS rep who helped me switch plans a couple of days ago suggested that I should let the current billing cycle complete before allowing the new plan to take effect, thus avoiding a much higher-than-necessary next bill. I don’t quite understand why that should be…shouldn’t I just get charged for whatever portion of the month that I was on the old plan, the portion of the month that i was switched to the new plan, and for the new month on the new plan? Why would my next bill be a lot more than what it "should" be?

So due to my picture mail somehow dropping off my main line eCare was nice enough to add it back as a seperate add on at no cost to not only the main line but both. Rock on.

the issue I am having now is that on my main line I have the Access Pack for $10 (yeah I know it is supposed to have pic mail) anyway…

I have never used Sprint TV or Music ever. now on line 2 I have the Unlimited Power Vision Pack (Data + PAM) for $0 plus now I have the Pic Mail also added on that line.

Is it even worth it for me to hold onto the Access Pack incase I get a wild hair someday and fell like using TV and Music or should I just see if I can have the $0 PV Pack added to my main line too since the Pic mail is a seperate add on now.

i noticed on the $100 Mail in Rebate, it says

does this mean i’m not eligible for the $100 Mail in Rebate? as i don’t have either of the 3 required items listed under my plan?

Now, got a call from the Customer Lifecycle Department (877.304.6446) near the time my contract expired saying I was eligible for a $70 credit if I want to re-up for 2 years. Also have a notice on my bill saying they’ll give me 10% discount to re-up for 2 years (one sprint rep already told me this wasn’t possible since it would stack).

So - I’d like to get that $70 credit (or more), along with Airave service (very little service at home), and a free WinMo Smartphone (also due my $150 ext credit), all while keeping my same plan.

I want to hear it - am I crazy, or is this all possible? If it’s possible, give me some ideas for a plan of attack…

Hello, I currently have a family plan with 3 lines, Wife, Father in law and myself, We have no add ons and I get a 20% discount through work, The current plan works well for us as we never go over on minutes since the folks we talk to most are family and friends that use Sprint.
All 3 lines are currently available for upgrade and my original 2 year contract expires on April 9th for all 3 lines, Wife and father in law are both perfectly content with their phones and no upgrade is currently needed. I would actually like to upgrade to possibly the Touch Diamond and add on a data plan ( I believe this is what I would need) So I can access the web and do the NFL Mobile live package since I am in a few fantasy leagues and a few of my coworkers have it and use it for keeping tabs on their fantasy teams since we have to work weekends.
So my question is, What kind of bargaining power do I have and how should I approach getting the best deal on the upgrade for me and possibly getting the data plan for lowest possible cost. I am pretty new on this entire cell phone experience. The phones we currently have are our first cell phones, So any insight would greatly be appreciated, I really have no desire to leave Sprint because the free mobile to mobile with family members really works well for us.

I have picture mail and when I tested it, the ATT recipient was sent a link to another site and asked to create an account in order to view my picture mail message and picture. What I really want to do is send a picture via text message but I don’t see that option available when I try to add a picture to a text and I have the everything plan with Sprint.

I once received a text message from someone that had the picture right there viewable inside the text without having to go to another link or even download it. Then I was on ATT but not sure what carrier the sender was using. So someone please tell me how to send a viewable picture inside a text message?Apparently Sprint’s picture mail is not it.

Sprint offered me the Pro Pack for $12.50 for both of my lines but its showing up currently as $30 for each line, they said it will adjust at the end of the month and they cant change the price how it shows up. I have the feeling im going to get stuck paying $60 a month even tho i was Promised it for $12.50 I want to get rid of the Pro Pack and get

Unlimited Text/Picture mail/ Video Mail" free add-on" and this will basically make up almost everything that the Pro Pack has minus the Navigation,GPS, and Music.

I can use the GPS with google maps (unlimited data) and I will never use the music so all I need is the Navigation,

So my question being is there any FREE Navigation Service available that we can install on our phones that will basically be the simillar to Sprint Navigation?
