Forgive me….I’ve searched a little but wanted to see if anyone was willing to take pity on me and help. Please.
OK…so 2 years ago I had been out of contract FOREVER and researched here and slickdeals and then I tried and tried to get the SERO plan. I am NOT a good negotiator for myself. Couldn’t do it BUT I ended up pretty happy with my plan overall[listed below].
So now I didn’t realize my contract was up until my bill suddenly shows a $10 increase…I call and find out that the credits that were waived every month was now being charged back.
So I tried to call once. Had to end call and said I’d call back. Then I tried to chat. That was a JOKE. So now I’m going to call retention which I KNEW I should have done in the first place. But really I’m a WIMP.
So I know I’m up for $150 credit for a phone [that’s what my chat guy told me].
I want a free phone…nothing too fancy just maybe a rant or something mid-line [like to text].
And I want to pay what I was paying or something even better.
Here’s what my plan is:
750 Anytime Minutes
Unlimited Night & Weekend Minutes
Nights: M-Th 8PM-7AM Wknd: F 8PM-M 7AM
All Minutes Include Long Distance
Caller ID, Call WaitingThree-way Calling
Voicemail

Monthly charge for service plan $40.0
Plan add-ons
International Calls Enabled Included

F&F America Roaming Plan $5.00 [CREDITED BACK]

I only paid about $46 per month after tax, etc. I don’t typically come close to using the minutes but I like knowing I can. I do enjoy texting but can’t imagine I do 500. I didn’t even realize I had internet free until several months ago but the screen is so small. But great for sending an email. LOL.
What is the data pack plus? By the way.
I guess I want to know how likely will I be to call retention and get what I want? The person I chatted with basically told me tough luck those add-ons expired.
Oh and I received a postcard saying if I renew by May 30 I can get a free month + before April 30 I get $15 additional credit.
The phone number for that was 1-866-363-9646
I should call retention directly correct? Anyone want to coach me? Thanks so much.
I hope to get this done. By the way my LG Fusic hasn’t had a ringer in a year. LOL. So I was really looking forward to getting a new phone. Just thought I’d be able to keep paying indefinitely like last time.
