Have 3 lines that I want to put on it. Will cost after corporate discount, about 115 a month. Currenly paying about 90 a month.

Does Sprint still issue recurring credits to offset the increase in price if I do go with the family shared plan? (Assuming I reup for another 2 years.)

I currently have a Family 550 Talk plan with 2 lines. I also have a 20% corp. discount.
Line 1: Free internet, pick 3, free 1000 text messages
Line 2: Pick 3
A typical bill is ~65/month

I?d like to wait to renew until October as I think I am going for the HTC hero.
I?d also like to add a third line to my plan and throw 1,000 messages and\or internet onto it as cheaply as possible.
How do I do this?

Been reading on this forum for a while, just decided to register and post as I can’t find a direct answer to my question.

I’m looking to transfer from Verizon to Sprint for the upcoming HTC Hero.

does the EPRP give any extra’s compared to a discounted regular plan (like using the alliant credit union site)? From my quick comparison, the EPRP gives 50 more minutes a month (450 vs 500 on the everything data plan) but is also $6 more a month..so i’m not sure what i want to do..

i’m leaning towards the EPRP cause that seems more like a solid discount that won’t just change on a moments notice, I’ve heard the alliant discount might only be 10% now from the sources at fatwallet

Me:Well i am out of contract now, if I get the pre wouldnt it be 199$ with a new 2 year?

Me: So even though I am out of contract, the pre is still full price even if i want to sign a new 2 year contract?

Agent: You contract will not be extended for 2 years until you use your $150.00 upgrade discount,you are currently on month to month.

Me: Right. so right now if i go and get the palm pre and get into a new 2 year, woudn’t the palm pre be 199$?

Agent: Yes the palm pre will be 199.99,however,you will not be able to get the device for 199.99,until 12/1/09,which is when you are eligible for the 150 off. You are currently eligible for 75 off,which the device will be 474.99,with 75 off.

Me:But i can cancel and go to a different carrier without an etf?

Agent: Yes that is correct,your contract ended on 02/24/09,the etf is 0.00.

Me: So why wouldnt I be able to get a new phone and pay a new contract price like I am a new customer?

Agent: You will be eligible for the 150 off on 150 12/01/09,which is when you are eligible to extend your contract and get the device for 199.99.

Mind you, I am out of contract. I have been from Feb. Is there something I am missing?

If I wanted to bring my additional three lines over from AT&T and change my Sprint plan to a Family plan, can I purchase the phones and add the lines through a third party such as Best Buy or am I limited to doing everything directly through the EPRP website?

I just got the pick 3/2 today! My questions are:
What do you think of my plan? Can I get a touch pro 2 with this plan? How long has the pick3/2 been out? My contract expires is March, what else could I ask for then?

PCS PICTURE MAIL Included

Nice retention gift of 500 SMS for 1$, but what is picture mail? If I send a normal text, does that count as an SMS? Does PCS picture mail only apply in the PCS network?

Or is this simply 500 messages of any sort (txt, picture, sms)?

So I resigned a 2 year contract with Sprint last week. However, I went through my bills and noticed about a month ago my costs started going up. I looked into it more deeply and noticed two discounts (a 10% and a 5%) had expired a month or two ago. I had received these in exchange for a 2 year agreement I signed a little over 2 years ago. I also received 6pm nights & weekends for $10, but with a $10 credit code added that would reduce my bill by $10 each month. I was told these discounts would all continue for the life of my time with Sprint (I’ve been a customer since ‘04).

I e-mailed ecare. I was told those codes had "expired" as per company policy. I was also told my $10 credit each month to give me 6pm nights and weekends would be removed next month as per company policy.

So I called Exec Services. I was told it was company policy to "expire" discounts after a year or two. I advised them that I consider it breach of contract since I was permanently given the above in consideration for 2 years more with Sprint. They said they would have to check with an Exec Services supervisor and call me back. That was yesterday morning.

It also didn’t help that the rep with account services who handled my 2 year agreement screwed everything up so I had to spend another hour on the phone with other departments to fix things (eg told me I got my phone for free, then had it cost $100 + a shipping charge he didn’t even mention).

So, give it to me straight. Are all those discounts and services likely gone with no help of ever coming back? Do I have any recourse?
