What happened to Sprint gurus?
What are some "tactics" you use or methods you use to sell phones? Do you have any good tips?
How do you get someone to upgrade or do a new line.
Any and all. Thanks.
I currently have the following plan through retentions and my contract is now up. We’re exploring other carriers but want to give Sprint a chance
Current plan:
$60 per month for 1200 minute
Night/weekends at 8pm
FIMF
2 total lines no additional charge
We have no vision/internet/text messaging right now.
I’ve read that Sprint hasn’t been as generous lately, but what kind of offers can I expect?? I’d love to get discounted basic texting and internet if possible.
Thanks!
I used to work in an indirect store(still do but different store) and we used to just forge the notes, call operator and tell them we spoke to retention and they OK’d it, they would check the notes and see the notes and just add it.
Are we the only ones?
There is a site for the HughsNet Satellite and DataStorm users to map their location but it would be great for those of us who travel to post location maps of our last connection.
Currently I have to put a dot on a Google Map, save the image and add text to the map…a real pain.
Thanks for your thoughts.:D
Someone else suggested just ask CS to clone codes (from a ‘featureful’ line to a line that needs data or text)… Is this likely to be successful?
I’m on a 1250 SERO type plan with employer discount. (I have NW @ 6 PM, which I seem to be paying for and getting some credits back.) I use less than 400 anytime minutes a month, closer to 200 on average.
I’m ditching my HTC Touch for the HTC Hero Android phone.
I plan to switch over to the Simply Everything 450 and take the $150 credit for the Hero.
I’d also like to have
Pick 3 or Pick 5 for Google Voice
Airave to fix a problem with dropped calls at home
With 22 months on the contract, could I get these extras for free? Would I have to deal with retentions? Would you ask for NW6 free? Anything else?
Thanks in advance.
