Brother and his wife had two blackberries on F&C Individual plans ($40/1000 min) with the PDS…. free BIS code. They went to Mexico, and they added the int’l Blackberry data Plan ($49/month per line). Upon return, they tried to revert back to the old plan options and were told multiple times the PDS…. soc code is no longer able to be added back. Multiple times the reps at multiple levels tried but failed, and empathized with the situation.

the $10 BIS Buy up also didn’t work (probably because not a sero plan?).

Obviously in hindsight adding the int’l plan was not a good choice. Fully understand that now.

What do you suggest as a course of action? Looks like the only two options are to either switch to the ED share 1500 plan, or two $30 BIS add-ons.
Any other ideas? Any and all help is appreciated.

1. Me (I’m on the everything unlimited and use about 2100 minutes a month, dont need to switch but if we can get a good deal to share I will)

3. Sister - Not many minutes but needs texting

4. Dad - On the VZ network right now but will switch him over for the right plan. Uses as many minutes as me.

What are the chances of us getting on a Employee Referral Program if we’re still on Sprint but no longer committed contractually

I am very interested in the EVO and my wife may want to just take my Hero while I get and use the EVO. So I was thinking of getting the EVO for my wife’s line and then we switch phones later.

However, I am sure there will be a mail-in rebate for the EVO and wanted to make sure how best to proceed to make sure I still get the mail-in rebate as the EVO will likely be very expensive. Can I order the EVO for my wife’s line for the new phone and then activate it on her line, then we call sprint to switch the phone so my line uses the EVO and her line uses the Hero? If so, how does that affect the mail-in rebate?

I have 1 sero 500 fair and flex that i pay for less then $27 a month with a corp discount of 25% with the old palm 700

my mom has her own and she is on a sero family plan 1600 for 109, with 2 additional lines for 15 each total 139 , or is it everything plus data referral aka new sero…

what i did yesterday was i merged all her line to my account. i got my old sero terminated and added me to her family plan so i can have the data fast internet because my gf gave me her hero phone cause she went with another carrier for the iphone…any ways the rep said she got it all switched over so i was soo happy rep explained to me bill would come out to this

109.99 +15+15+15=154.99 then 25% off sears =116.24
then the 10/24 and 3 per additional lines=9 so -19
bill would be $97.24 was supper happy before taxes and insurance
so i was very satisfied.so i go to my gf and get the hero phone

a couple hrs later i call rep to swap esn cause im in the family plan….come to find out im not im still in the fair and flexable plan which im supper pissed…its causing me so much problems because now there saying that promotion has expired and no one can override the system to add me in the family plan. called numerous times to get things situated and still having problems….now they sent a ticket to try and get it fixed and have me in the family plan because other a/s said i cant be in an existing epdf plan which is bs cause on the site it says you can add…now im waiting for the ticket and its been 24hrs since the ticket has be sent i’ll wait till tomorrow morning for the results of what will happen…

do you guys know if i can have one of the lines from the family plan swapped to the sero 500 cause my dad hes not to technical and he doesnt even text nor web he just knows how to pick up and hang up he doesnt even use his vm….basically swapping number i just want to keep my number.

they also told me that a lot of people are gonna loose so of those stacked add-on due to the system doin a sweep everyone and than but it has to do with the luck of a draw tho so it could happen to anyone or it couldnt never affect u at all

Just thought I’d share the success story. If you want six phones on a family plan, it CAN be done with appropriate approval.
