I have the following:
One account with two contracts.
Contract 1 - Opened 3/2007, not renewed
Contract 2 - Opened 7/2008, not renewed
Question One:
If I renew Contract #1 and get the $70 loyalty credit, will I be able to get another $70 loyalty credit for Contract #2 when I renew it?
Contract #2 will be 100% complete on 7/2.
Questions Two and Three:
Should I request the contract #1 renewal credit then call again on 7/2 to renew contract #2 to request another $70? Or should I renew both at the same time and ask for $140?

Now on to the family plan side. I need to add a line to my account for my daughter. I would like to get some Android phones so I will need to leave my SERO contracts. (Sniff Sniff.. I will miss that inexpensive bill).
Questions Four and Five:
So should I move to the Everything Family 1500 minute plan? When I do this, should I ask the third line to be added immediately to the plan or should I wait and call back? The reason? I would like to get some kind of credit for adding a line.
My grand scheme is to land two loyalty credits ($140) and a ‘referral credit’ for the third line ($50?).
Question Six:
Any comments about getting some additional credits/recurring credits?
Question Seven:
Also, would calling the *2 Customer Service number the best place to start?
