Is there any 3g phones that are known to work with said plan or any suggestions? Is there a general consensus of what most people would do with my plan and what a better phone without paying 30 more a month?

The explanation was that my account is a "referral account" and is not compatible with any discounts. First of all my plan is NOT a referral plan (is not the plus $59.99) and is a service credit and not a discount. Since Sprint policy doesn’t let change the executive rep, every-time I call Sprint I have been transferred to her. She’s very rude and she yells at the phone and she’s really one of the best representative of poor customer service at sprint. She even told me that there is no proof that the service credit was offered. I feel Sprint has used deceptive business practices in this situation. I would have never switched plans or signed a new 2 year agreement had I been informed properly about this credit.
Any suggestions are welcome.
