Chemistry
GCSE and iGCSE

Description
Chemistry is taught by focusing the students on what is required of them for their syllabus and with an abundance of exam questions. We endeavour to help students overcome any hardship in concepts related to the subject so that they begin to love it. GCSE Chemistry tuition focuses on refreshing and honing on the skills taught to students in key stage 3 as well as preparing foundation and higher students to sit exams that could potentially affect their future careers. Mixed exam boards are taught to students, catering to their different needs, and students are expected to complete their homework on time and are free to ask for help outside lessons. The yearly schedule is similar to a schedule taught in schools as it builds on knowledge however we do divert according to pupils’ general struggles and approaching mocks and exams. Classes generally start with GCSE relevant starters and going through this followed by an encompassing explanation of the topic to be studied that day. This leaves the rest of the class for students to tackle worksheets, ask questions and become satisfied with the topic at hand.
